The Young Disability Questionnaire (YDQ) is an instrument which measures the consequences of spinal pain in children and adolenscents.
It will be ready for public use and published on this website probably in the autumn of 2022.
Terms and conditions
The YDQ can be used free of charge for clinical and scientific purposes as long as 1) it is used according to the users guide, 2) follow the specifications outlined in the original articles, and 3) it is not modified.
Translation and cross-cultural adaptation of the YDQ
As soon as the Danish and English versions of the YDQ are published on this website, you can request to translate it into your language. As mentioned above, we hope to get it ready in the autumn of 2022.

This is the Danish version of the Young Disability Questionnaire. It is developed in Danish and tested on children in the 4.-6. grade.

This is the English version of the Young Disability Questionnaire. It has been translated and cross-culturally adapted into English using the first 3 phases of the method described by Beaton et al. (2000).
